FAQ

Quick answers about sizing, delivery, returns and the new collection.

When can I buy the new collection?

The Jersey Collection and the new LAB pieces are in the next drop. Open any product and tap Notify me, and we will email you the moment it is ready to order. You can also join the list at the bottom of the home page.

How do the sizes fit?

Our hoodies, zip hoodies and tees are unisex and fit true to size. If you usually wear women's sizes, go one or two sizes down. The size guide has chest and waist measurements for every size.

Where are you based?

B.A.G is designed in Yorkshire, England. The artwork is drawn by hand by Yorkshire artist Dan Skez.

Where are the clothes made?

Every piece is printed to order by our production partner in the UK. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so there is no dead stock.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are made and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. UK delivery then usually takes 1 to 3 working days, and international 3 to 7. See shipping.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. Orders outside the UK may be charged import taxes by the destination country.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and anything faulty or misprinted is replaced or refunded. See returns.

How do I wash my hoodie?

Wash at 30°C, low tumble dry or hang to dry, and do not wring. The print is dyed into the fabric, so it will not crack or peel.

Is the artwork AI-generated?

No. Every design starts as an ink drawing on paper by Dan Skez. We never use generated art.

Are the product photos real?

Our product images are 3D renders made from the exact print files, so you see every panel, front and back. Printed colours can vary a little between screens and fabric.

Is the hazmat suit protective?

No. It is a fashion piece for festivals, shoots and parties. It gives no protection against chemicals, viruses or anything else, so please do not use it as PPE.
