Shipping
Every B.A.G piece is printed to order, then sent out tracked. Here is how long that takes and where we ship.
Making your order
Nothing is printed until you order it. Most orders are printed, checked and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. During launches and busy periods it can take a little longer, and we will tell you if it does.
Delivery times

These are typical times, not guarantees. Very occasionally a parcel takes longer, especially around bank holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is worked out at checkout from your address and what is in your bag, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
Tracking
When your order leaves us you will get an email with your tracking link.
Customs and import taxes
Orders going outside the UK may be charged import duty or local taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country's customs office and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Wrong address or a problem?
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix it before it is printed.
