The terms that apply when you buy from builtaroundgenetics.com. Please read them before you order.

About us

builtaroundgenetics.com is run by B.A.G Built Around Genetics, a clothing brand based in Yorkshire, England. Contact us through our contact page.

Products

Every piece is printed to order. Product images are 3D renders made from the final print files; printed colours and placement can vary slightly between screens, fabrics and sizes. Sizes are approximate; see our size guide.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Shipping and any taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will contact you before your order is made and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order

When you order you will get an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order is being made. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment fails; if we do, you will be refunded in full.

Delivery

See our shipping page for times and destinations. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, and faulty items are replaced or refunded. The full process is on our returns page. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Artwork

All artwork, logos and designs are owned by B.A.G and Dan Skez. You may not copy, print or sell them without written permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. The hazmat suit is a fashion garment and gives no protective function of any kind.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in your own part of the UK if you live elsewhere in the UK.
